Lake Maintenance

For a good many years, Sierra Golf Management (SGM) has supplied the Villas, the Lakes RV Park, Greenhills Estates, and Pheasant Run Golf course with Lake Maintenance services, including water delivery to lakes, management of wells, water maintenance, oversight of aerators and pumps, among other related services. Because of Greenhills' breach of contract regarding payment for these services, SGM has recently announced it will no longer provide such services, and the four entities sharing the water system for lakes must now seek alternative services.
